Systems-first mindset
Reflecting the way our founder, Aroon Kumar, approaches engineering. With a focus on AI and software development, his interests extend beyond individual features or models to the systems that bring everything together.
- Application architecture & APIs
- AI engineering & model orchestration
- Cloud infrastructure & deployment
- End-to-end production reliability
Bigger picture studio
We started building with a bigger picture in mind: a studio where software engineering, product thinking, and emerging technologies work together.
- Software engineering & product thinking
- Emerging AI & workflow automation
- Designed for real business utility
- Built for long-term dependability
Technology to build on
Our ambition is to help businesses move beyond disconnected tools and short-term fixes toward coherent technology they can confidently build on.
- Beyond disconnected tools
- No brittle short-term fixes
- Clean, maintainable foundations
- 100% client code & data ownership
Purpose before complexity
The right solution starts with understanding the problem. We choose technology based on what the business needs, not what happens to be trending.
Engineering that lasts
We value maintainable systems, thoughtful architecture, and technical decisions that make future improvements easier.
People over process
Good collaboration means honest conversations, shared expectations, and direct access to the people doing the work.
Ownership without uncertainty
We believe clients should understand what they're getting, how it works, and how they can continue building on it.
Global collaboration
Strelm works with a global outlook, partnering remotely with clients who want a thoughtful, technically capable team behind their next project. We value clear communication across time zones, transparent expectations, and collaboration that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.
Our goal is to build lasting working relationships, not just complete another project.
The road ahead
Our vision is to grow Strelm into a trusted international technology studio known for thoughtful engineering, intelligent products, and meaningful business impact.
We're not here to follow every new trend. We're here to build what genuinely moves things forward.
