Agreement to Terms
By accessing strelm.dev or commissioning Strelm for software engineering, user interface design, or autonomous AI systems, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these terms.
Scope of Engineering & SOWs
All bespoke engineering engagements are formalized under a distinct Statement of Work (SOW) defining concrete functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and tech stacks.
100% Client IP Ownership
Upon final settlement of invoices for a milestone, Strelm assigns 100% of all worldwide right, title, and interest in custom code, schemas, and design assets to you.
Milestone Billing & Invoicing Terms
Projects are structured across transparent milestone phases. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days via bank ACH transfer or international wire.
30-Day Defect Warranty
We stand behind our production code with engineering rigor. For thirty (30) calendar days following deployment, Strelm remediates reproducible bugs at zero expense.
Client Responsibilities
High-speed engineering thrives on active collaboration. Clients provide necessary brand assets, API credentials, and feedback within five (5) business days.
Mutual NDA & Trade Secrets
All proprietary product concepts, model prompts, database schemas, financial data, and technical architectures disclosed remain strictly confidential for 5 years.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Strelm's total aggregate liability is capped at the amount actually paid under the SOW.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by commercial contract laws without conflict principles. In the event of disagreement, parties engage in good-faith executive mediation for 30 days.
